Conditions of Participation

The organiser of this competition is VICTOR Europe GmbH, Marie-Curie-Allee 4, 25358 Horst.

1. By participating in the competition organised by VICTOR Europe GmbH, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts the conditions of participation.

2. Participation in the competition takes place by liking and commenting on the post, and following the Instagram channel or Facebook channel victoreurope is also required. Participation is possible until 23:59 on the following day. The draw will take place afterwards. 

3. The prizes are the VICTOR brand products shown in the online posts on the day of the draw.

4. The winners will be drawn at random from all participants who have taken part as described above. The winner will be notified by direct message on the respective social media platforms and in the post of the daily prize draw.

5. Natural persons who are resident within the European Union and have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. Employees, service providers and co-operation partners of VICTOR Europe GmbH and their respective relatives are excluded.

In addition, VICTOR Europe GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair behaviour or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

1. Prizes will be sent to the respective winners by a parcel service (UPS). A cash payment of the prizes or any prize compensation is not possible under any circumstances. The claim to the prize or prize replacement cannot be assigned. Complaints relating to the organisation of the competition must be submitted in writing to VICTOR Europe within 14 days of the reason for the complaint becoming known, stating the name of the competition. Complaints made by telephone or late complaints will not be processed. Legal recourse is excluded.

2. The data collected as part of the competition will be used for the organisation of the competition and for further marketing campaigns by VICTOR Europe GmbH. VICTOR Europe undertakes to comply with the statutory provisions on data protection.

3. VICTOR Europe reserves the right to cancel or extend the competition described below in whole or in part without this giving rise to any claims for liability or compensation. This applies in particular if the competition cannot be carried out properly for any reason, such as force majeure, software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the administration, security, integrity and/or the regular and proper execution and distribution of prizes.

4. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use.
