The "Queen" defends her title in Hong Kong!

The Sunrise Hong Kong Open were held from the 21st to 26th November.
With the win of the title one year ago, Tai Tzu Ying started her winning streak, got her nickname "Queen" and reached the status world No.1 and never looked back.

One year later Tai Tzu Ying reached again the finals in the women's singles against Pusarla V Sindhu from India. Pusarla V Sindhu competed with Chines Taipei Tai Tzu Ying for a neck-and-neck battle but the Queen made the big points at the ... (more)


Infinite grief for Erik Meijs!

The entire VICTOR team says goodbye to our friend Erik.

Erik will always remain in good memory. His inspiring Badminton play and especially his admirable positive nature on and off court is a huge loss for all of us. A great person and always a fair athlete.

French Open 2017 - Tai and Lee/Lee lifted the title

The end of October is a good week for Chinese Taipei. Women’s Singles player Tai Tzu Ying won the Superseries title at French Open, which was her fourth Superseries champion in 2017. In addition, Chinese Taipei Men’s Doubles pair Lee Yang/Lee Jhe Huei lifted their first Superseries title in Paris.

Denmark Open 2017 - success all along the line

The Danisa Denmark Open 2017 - presented by VICTOR - took place last week from
17.10 - 23.10.2017 in Odense, DK.

It is the first Super Series tournament of this dimension for VICTOR in Europe. Many VICTOR players from Asia as well as from Europe were present and made this event to a big show. Denmark Open starts - VICTOR's first European Super Series

2017 Danisa Denmark Open presented by VICTOR makes its debut this week. Most of VICTOR Stars will attend this big event, including World No.1 Tai Tzu Ying, elites in Korean National Team and Malaysian National Team. All of them are eager to take the crown.

India: Seven medals for VICTOR players in Cochi

After seven days of excellent Badminton, the World Senior Championships 2017 had reached their finals on the 17th September.

Our participating VICTOR players did not only show great performances, but also won 6 of the 14 German medals! Especially Claudia Vogelgsang dominated in three disciplines – and won three medals (Bronze in WD 35+, Silver in MX 35+ and fantastic Gold in WS 40+)!

VICTOR Korean Open 2017: VICTOR player reach top-placings

The VICTOR Korean Open were held from the 12th to the 17th September in Soeul/ Korea. Many VICTOR athletes reached the semi finals.

In the mixed doubles Marvin Seidel and Lind Efler reached their carreer high after their victory over the Malaysian mixed double Shevon Jemie Lai and Goh Soon Huat in the quarterfinals.

After three hard sets they earned the victory with 18:21, 21:13 and 21:18.

WSF World Doubles Championships 2017 - Manchester

The World squash double - Championship were held from the 1st to the 5th of August  in Manchester / England.

Squash double is the supreme discipline in the competition of squash sports, due to the fact that 4 players fight with this small ball in a tight space to achieve best results.

Meijs clinches "Gold" in New Zealand!

The Dutch top player Erik Meijs is actually on a trainings and tournament tour in New Zealand and he is very successful.

He played the TUI MEDICAL Waikato International 2017 in Hamilton/New Zealand which were held from the 9th to 12th of August and won the title in the men's singles competition.

Meijs, who is fully equipped by VICTOR, played the final against his travel partner and friend Alexander Roovers from Germany.
